I had the same problem. After emailing them and not being able to obtain a reliable date for it's release (realizing that people have been waiting since October), I felt that five + months was long enough without getting any substantial product. I ordered a Lazer Tardiz from trisports.com for less money and had it in a week.

I ordered the black/silver wingspan, also in October. It took a while, but I finally got it in the mail a couple days ago. We can't really ride outside yet in Calgary so it wasn't a problem to wait.

I have a pink one I'll sell you! Was going to switch to a black, but the back order is crazy long. Guess I'll just have to get faster to back up the color.
