A little over two weeks till race time. Who is in and how was training?

Any recon on bike course? I heard they fixed up some of the roads, but also that some parts were still under construction.

I’ll be there. Was on the way to IMCHOO when I got the news about the swim being cancelled. With it being my first full I couldn’t go out like that. Kinda thinking I wanna do a one and done. I ate the entry fee and the first night at the hotel and signed up for Louisville.

I'll be there. First full, ready to party. Solid training cycle, maybe slightly light on volume, but I'm underinjured, so it's all gravy.

I’ll be there. I’ve done Tremblant twice but I’m pretty sure I am better trained for this one. We will see how it goes!

I’m on the start list but won’t be racing. IT band syndrome in the knee has ended my season. Looking to 2019 IM CHOO or Louisville.

I am in too; IM #12, just logged in my last bigger weekend of training an pumped the taper begins. No big problems in this build, in top shape. Hoping for a PB, but I am not very consistent on the full distance. My 2 last races were my bext and my worse respectively hehe!

A bit weary of the river conditions. Hoping the swim on't be canceled, but don't want to get sick swimming in the brown stuff either hehe!

I’m in.

I trained pretty hard and right now taper begins as last weekend really tired out the legs. I was able to practice rolling hills as that is what we have around here.

Bacteria/e coli count is high because of flash flood (https://wfpl.org/...during-flash-floods/). It was 1.9K on 9-25. I think safe is <200

Wow, more often than not that river is not swimmable. As long as there is not a ton of rain, we should be fine in 2 weeks though.

Thanks for posting.
