anyone else impressed with McKenzie? i've always thought that he had talent but he was always seemed snakebit. now he's really driving this effort.

So what was it that Leito said to Crowie when they passed each other?? I;m guessing that he told him to stay in line, especially if you are never going to pull. Kind of bad form for Crowie to pass Chris and never take a real pull..My guess anyway.
And have to say that this is the best position I have ever seen out of Crowie. New bike fits him well..

He's been hoping for a top 10 the last couple years, saying top 5 if he had an amazing day...well, today could be that day. Hopefully he'll hold a sub 2:55...maybe 2:50?

He went to shorter cranks I heard- 167.5 mm. Interesting.
Opens up the angle between torso and femur at the top of the pedal stroke. Did Dan do that? Nice.

Anyone know how O' Donnell is doing?
He'll have to go 4:30ish with a sub 2:40 to break 8:04 I think...
