What's the story with the one black/blue bike shown in a few of the pics? Is this just a black/blue Soloist? Also, it appears to have a different fork than the red/white Soloists.

It's ALL about the bike!
The black/blue Soloist is the 2002 model which is still available in limited quantity and has recently been reduced somewhat in price.
The red/white one is the SOLOIST TEAM, available as either frame/fork/seatpost or built up with Ultegra. It's slated to begin delivery to us, including me (YEAH!) at the end of March, or at least that's the latest word. The rest of the details are on the cervelo website. The fork is new, all-carbon, and new carbon seatpost and new frame tubing.
