Project Redshoe: are they for real ?
Just been browsing Kraig Willets www.biketechreview site and reread the massive gains in both power and weightloss when using the redshoe brand of cycling footwear. Is this for real and does anyone know anything about these ?

Bryce.

Yes. Totally real. However, the blue ones have been shown to be even faster than the red ones.

Do the blue ones come in suede?

The best thing about the red shoes is that red show training can be extended to ANY red article fo clothing. The effect is that powerful.

So put on some red shoes, double your time spent running, or biking and you'll see improvements. For siwm improvements, put on some red goggles and double the yardage, also improve there.

All pros use red shoes. You just never see pictures of them using them because they don't want their competitors to catch on.

I've heard that Cervelo has bought the patent for "Project Redshoe", which means that the new shoes will have a Cervelo logo... which of course will make them even faster!
