Ooooh this is fun. I saw the "Predict my NYC thread" and loved how the times were all over the place. I'm starting this thread -- post your goal race, preparation, etc. and see what the replies are... then we'll see how it actually turns out. Reply to this (I will as well.)

Goal Race: IM Louisville
First Ironman
Age: 34/ F
Weight: 127
Bike: Felt S32, no race wheels
2 previous 70.3s, 7 previous marathons, 2 years of tri training
Training: Fink Plan (highest volume) but added more long rides (Casa Century in May - 6:04, 112 in late June (IM Lou Course - 6:49), 112 yesterday (2700 ft of climbing, which is a bit more than IM Lou, 7:15. All alone and kept heart rate at 120.)
Masters 3X per week
Recent Race Times:
Musselman 70.3 July 15 - 5:34 (swim 43, Bike 2:55, Run 1:51) Bike computer measured 56.9 miles for pretty much everyone BTW.
Baltimore Ten Miler (June 16): 1:17:23
Virginia Wine Half Marathon (June 2) 1:44:53
Have at it :) My guess is around 14 if all goes well.

Why thank you - I would gladly take a 13:28. I'm pretty afraid I'm going to blow up somewhere in the marathon though.
Just hit your nutrition and salt and you'll be fine.
