Performance pressure in triathlon
Good day to you all

I am researching the topic of performance pressure in sport for an article in a Swiss Magazine. In endurance sports - including triathlon - there are always cases where people overestimate themselves, get injured, have to take a break for months and then overestimate themselves again. This phenomenon occurs frequently in men between 35 and 50 years of age. It has hardly been researched so far.

For this article, I am looking for triathletes in Switzerland who would be willing to report on their own experiences in this area. Who may have been exposed to excessive performance pressure themselves, but have gained a healthy approach to their ambitions.

Please write me a private message if you are interested in talking.

Best regards
