I know of a couple, but what forums do STers frequent other than this one? (This seems to be the alpha and the omega of information, but I am curious if I am missing anything...)

You mean the Lavender room?
I think he means places like Triathlete's Village, or Tri-Newbies Online and stuff like that. This place is definitely the most thorough and complete. Even the Lavender Room, that den of iniquity and vice ;-)

The only other tri site I go to is Beginner Triathlete. The forum is active and they have nice training and logging tools. I used to go to trinewbies online as well, but just sorta fell away from it over time...

Yes, there are others. I used them before I came here. They are worse in terms of bollocking (though not nearly as clever) and worse in terms of information. Just forget it.
