Orbea Orca set up
Quick question for all you ST'ers:

I currently ride an Orbea Orca, which I use for triathlons, road riding...basically an all purpose bike, and am considering making the change to a more triathlon-specific set up. I am wondering how I should go about doing this....the picture of Craig Alexander riding in the 5430 Half is an option http://insidetri.com/...articles/2888.0.html, but I don't really know how much of an improvement this will be. Any suggestions, ideas, etc. would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Thomson setback post, but put it facing forward. This will give you a slightly more forward position, but not full steep (which would make your handling suffer). Do the post and then slap on the appropriate sized clip-on aerobars. You may want to lower your front end some via headset spacers and/or stem angles.
