Options in 650?

What are the options for 650 bike frames in 50-51cm?
Many companies have 650s but only for 48-49cm frames...
Needs to be aero also...

I think older frames still used 650 in 50cm and Felipe has a 50cm Paketa Mg in 650, other than that I think that you may be out of luck for new frame in witht that size and wheel combo unless you went custom.

I'm with you...I like rolling on 650's even though if you're looking to buy new there's not as many options as there used to be.

Kestrel makes the Airfoil in 650 up to 52. Ves can build you a Yaqui or Dave can build you an Elite (not sure you consider those aero) otherwise choices seem to be limited. Another option is watching ebay and looking for a P3SL (isn't that what you originally had?) and scoring a NOS Cervelo, NOS Ti-Phoon, NOS Saber, NOS Lucero, etc.

The 50cm Felt B2 is a 650c wheel bike as are the smaller sizes in the Litespeed Saber.

I'm think we're the exact same dimensions.

I'll be purchasing a Felt B2 Pro in the new year... best 650c bike in 50cm on the market... IMO.

Try finding it in a 53-55... eBay is about my only option. Fortunately I'm not looking to buy another tri rig now, but when the time comes, I'll be going custom.

It seems that most have abandoned 650's my friend. I haven't pain attention to it until this week, with all the excitement with the P2C
I started looking around for a new carbon ride in a 51/52. Someone advised me on another thread to look at QR and Felt which both have 650's
in a 50cm However I'm not sure I can fit on one, I went from a 54cm cervelo one which was a stretch with a 80mm stem to a 51 with a
90mm or 100mm or so stem (I'm 5'9" avg. torso/short legs 30" inseam.) It's a good fit but I don't know if I could pull off a smaller bike,
even if it's only 1cm smaller. A new carbon bike wood be sweet! but buying new race wheels (700's) bums me out.

Cervelo P2 classic, Kestrel KM40, Softride RocketTT, FasTT, Aegis Trident/T2 all were available in 650 in large sizes. You just have to be patient of tenacious enough to find them sitting around for cheap.

You'll have to talk to ves or someone for a custom.
What's wrong with your P3?
You just need some clinchers ;-)

I'd like to know too. Tell me about the Kestrel airfoil. Is it really as aero as they claim? if so why are they fading away? I always thought it was a great bike.

Pretty aero, yes. Very good bike for the Kona course, and tests pretty well with a pedaling rider aboard. Not so good as just a frame in the tunnel though.
