One of my favorite stories is being at the Athens airport in the no-smoking section. Directly underneath the no-smoking sign there are a bunch of persons smoking cigarettes. My wife and I had our new born son so she asked me to speak with the guard in the no-smoking section about getting people to move to another section. As I'm walking towards him he takes out a cigarette and lights it. Everybody in Greece smokes - in buses, in your face, everywhere.
