If you are talking about Social Security Tax: yes, it will be withheld. There are some tax treaties though that will allow you to get some back - depending whether they classify you as a resident or as a non-resident for tax purposes and based on your country of citizenship.... all beyond my area of expertise but it's worth bringing it up w/ whoever prepares your tax returns...
