I enjoy all the Elmore Leonard books, so would probably enjoy the film too, Merci Bien.

Leonard books are usually my vacation read. Get shorty was good, Be cool the book was good, but the movie got lousy reviews, you thought it was good?

Funny you say that... I took my little sweetie to see it last night and the audio cut out!!! We were one of the first to walk out of the theatre and get our money back. First time that's ever happened to us and we go to movies often. Too bad, because it really looked as though it was going to start to get good. (cut out right when travolta and thurman were driving for the girls audition).
So were stuck watching "I heart huckabees" very bad movie IMHO. One of those movies that tries hard to be different yet fails.

Ok, I'll rephrase it. An outstanding performance by a normally mediocre actor.
I was just kidding... I actually kind of enjoy watching his movies... although I certainly don't expect Academy Award performances.
