Try The Complete Guide to Sports Nutrition by Anita Bean, published by A & C Black of London. Lots of good, easily digestible stuff there.

Put the bunny back in the box.

What's your current bodyfat percentage? If you are lean, check out what the others have to say. If you would like to look like an elite athlete, check out http://www.myatkins.com/. Once you look like an elite athlete, then you can train and eat like one.

expanding the idea of "no book does it all"....

Nancy Clark's "Sports Nutrition Guidebook" is for the recreational athlete. She spoke at a syminar recently and said that once you reach a competative level (also read WANT to be at a competative level) she recomendeds Monique Ryan's "Sports Nutrition for the Enduance Athletes".
