Numb fingers after a cold ride
One day last week, I went for a ride on a cool cloudy day. It stayed pretty comfortable for the first two hours, but then I got a little snow, which was OK. Then the snow turned into hard 35F rain for the last 2 hours or so. My hands and feet were pretty cold when I was done. It took a while to warm up, but nothing of major concern. The last 7-10 days, I've had 3 fingers on my right hand that are numb past the last knuckle. The numbness really hasn't gone away at all. Is this anything to be concerned about? Is there a medical term for this?

Re: treatment, I tried to rub some raw frozen meat on it, but that only seemed to make the numbness worse.
