Have you got your tyres already? If so, prepping them is the part that takes the most time (I like 3 coats w/ 24hrs in between). I only put 1 layer of glue on the actual rim, so if the wheel arrives Friday night that's fine. Apply the glue as soon as you get the wheel, mount the tyre on Saturday AM and then take it a little easy in the corners Saturday evening. You'll be more than fine come Sunday.
