New position advice

I am trying to dial in my aero position and would like some feedback. Does it look like I am a little too stretched out?

looks like you're gonna lose your balls doing this for too long, but boy, you're aero!!!

tip: get rid of the brakes, increases weight, because with this position you can break with your little feet :-)

Maybe you could pick up a set of Jan's longer cranks.

good point! I claim that this position is not legal and this rider should be banned!

(he can't use longer cranks anyway...wouldn't clear the corners...and probably even in a straight line!)

I'm mostly worrying about hydration during his ride. He's going to need a much longer straw.

and handling doesn't seem optimal...maybe use the stem oriented towards the seat tube?

I think you guys are onto something. Remove the breaks, reverse the aerobars, and go for the longer straw. I might just get this dialed in yet. I do think the swept back position of my body is HIGHLY aero.

Either it's photoshop... Or, Something tells me your wife would have been pissed if the kid had fallen...

But, probably not as pissed if you had left the child on top of the car in it's carrier... then, drive off.

Not that I have experienced that... but, can only imagine. :-)

Thank God the wife is an ex... but I was thinking the same thing as I took the pic... However since he loves watching me on the bike he really wanted to try it on his own. In fact it was his idea... "I want to sit on dad's bike" was his request. It made me laugh so hard I had to take a pic. Gotta start them young.
