New frame

Hey, currentlug riding a Shiv in size xl.
Fits me ok, longs legs, smaller torso.
I got it fitted with a sadleheight thats says 82cm.
But if i ride it that high, i feel like im on the top of the Empire state Building looking down
cos the frame is so high. I very out of balance..
I lowered the saddle allmost 3 cm and i feel I got the "balance" back in the bike.
Its comfortable, but i can feel the "lack of power".
Been looking around for a lower frame, but does anybody know which frame/brand
has the same high headtube/front as the shiv, but maybe a lower frame?
The shiv size large, was a bit to small for me cos of the reach. so thats not the best option..

thanx in advance for cool inputs and help
