Disregard the colors. These are just first article production samples. A few little tweaks and it will be completed.

The hydration should be in stock and ready to roll in about 30 days.

Can you post a pic/article for those of us not on Facebook? I'm intrigued.

Pictures from the Premier Facebook page - quite a few more on there.

The bottle is 29 oz + the standard bottle cage on top. Custom shaped for the Tactical extension position - won't work on other bikes unless you are _very_ lucky. When using the bottle cage on top you will be able to mount the Garmin over the forward fill cap between your hands.

Thanks Jack! That's a pretty clever design.

What's the spacing between those extension? It looks like that's the critical dimension that would be needed to put this one another bike.

I'm not with my bike right now, but I'll try and grab some measurements later today. I haven't had my hands on a sample yet, but really looking forward to testing it out. It will allow for no frame bottles and a single BTS for long course racing.

Hmmm...loaded them using TinyPic as per usual.

Looks like way too much weight and fluid on the front. One of the few things they do I'm not a fan of.

Yet many pros use 2 regular bottles as a BTA system?

Yup, don't understand that either, but also not many pros on this bike yet. Reminds me of the front mount system HED did years ago that also make the bike a tanker. I suppose usable for training, but I wouldn't want to race with it. Slosh around a corner?????

Yeah I had one by Sportquest years ago that was like 50 total ounces (2 separate chambers) and made my bike feel like a tank. It’s a good idea, in theory, but I doubt I will be lining up for this rewind product idea.

the width of those pads is pretty significant. the rider must have the CDA of a bus. i'm not even close to fitting a standard bottle in between my pads or bars. so i don't know why someone would have to compromise their position to fit a fuel cell on the front end.

i don't understand what's missing in the market for BTA hydration solutions. there are dozens of options for next to nothing in cost.

The pads move in and out. So easily enough to get narrow. And this design is awesome for people who ride a narrow position as you can still have BTA without a big bottle pressing on your forearms.

I don’t have a Tactical, but I love this design. I haven’t found a satisfactory BTA solution due to a narrower position where my arms press in to anything between them. OK for an Olympic or less, but is annoying as hell for longer.

This solves that issue.

So don’t run a second bottle andyou have a BTA that’s in line with everything else. 29 oz isn’t some obnoxious amount (50oz is!!). And you get all the room on top to get nice and narrow without a BTA hitting your arms.

I did about 50 miles with the full sample unit installed yesterday but without fluid inside the main section - just the bottle on top with the cage - so 20 oz on top (just wanted to make sure it attaches correctly and is solid) and about 40 miles today with the short course system (29 oz filled - plus computer) no top cage or bottle.

I will need to move the straw back. The sample has the straw too far forward.

The bike is faster with the main section installed - it does a fantastic job cleaning up air that turbulates up, under and through the arms in an open system or a normal BTA system.

Today I used it without the top cage and with my Garmin mounted on the "T" section. So - 29 oz plus computer and I could not notice any issues with 29 oz from a weight or sloshing perspective.

I'll do some miles Tuesday with the full system filled 29 oz + 20 oz.

If the spacing is the same it should work fine. It will be available for sale to anyone who would like to purchase it in about 30 days. We will finalize the pricing soon.

Your extension spacing is 140mm? So that means a round tube extension would need to be ~145mm to make up for the ovalisation of your extensions.
That's pretty uncommon with other bars.

ID extension spacing is 125 mm. But we also have a unique inward and upward bend near the hands. If the athlete with a different system has the 125 ID extension measurement they may fit but not as well as with the Tactical.

The system was developed and tested specifically for our bike.

Do you have some kind of "double decker" elbow pads there?
