New Bike (pic)
Just built it up about a month ago, I just cleaned it so here's a pic. Kestrels don't seem to get much love on this forum.. this one is pretty fast.. I realize I can get it lower, I'm still working on that.

A few things to note: ;)

1. I didn't paint the outlet, I havn't gotten around to cleaning the excess paint off.

2. No, the dust mop doesn't live behind the door all the time.

Nice Bike...

How tall are you and what size is this bike? I am 5'10" and thought the smallest 700c they have (size 54 with a 54.4 tt) is still too big for me. Is that a zero set back seat post?

thanx..

I'm 6' and its a 56cm frame. I had a 57cm talon before, the fit is similar, just rotated forward so the front is lower.

Yes, its a zero seatpost. Easton ec70.

Oh! I just couldn't resist;-)
Your seats too high!!!!

Actually, I'd bet that if you can get your saddle nose ahead of the BB, you could remove those spacers and flip that stem. Or, I could be full of #@%t. ?:~])

Is your dog posessed??

Next time before you post, make sure the crank arms are properly lined up at 3 and 9 o'clock. Get those valve stems lined up behind the fork blades.

maiden voyage today and produced a 1st overall.

so it was a local race, but still, why no love for the Kestrels?

This bike is fast, I know its not a Cervelo or a Scott, but dammit, this baby is nice. Smooth and powerful

I'm looking forward to the longer stuff.
