I am going to be moving to the NKC (North Kansas City) area in a couple of weeks. I will be finishing up my masters and some possible doctoral work for the next year and half or so.

I was wondering if there are any good running groups and bike groups I should be aware of. Where are some quality places to ride and run as well? Are there any good local tri races? LBS?

I have an indoor trainer and treadmill but lets be honest, there is just something about being out in the elements.
