I just picked up a used pair of 2006 Campy bar end shifters. I have two questions:

1) Does anybody have any links to Campy manuals? I have googled and searched the Campagnolo site and found nothing. I am thinking of rebuilding them before I mount them, but want to know what is involved first.

2) I was wondering if anybody has any good images showing how to route the cables. It all seems pretty straight forward, but I am curious about things like where the cable should leave the aerobars and how much slack I need between where the cable leaves the aerobars and then rejoins the bike at the down tube.
