I’m planning on signing up for this race for first time tomorrow. Looks like a perfect family vacation spot so I’m going to bring wife and 8 yr old son out with me and stay for an extra week. Any tips on where to stay or what to do? My plan was to stay right in village but not sure if that’s best.

+1 on the village.
We stayed at the Westin and it was totally worth the money. Make sure you do the gocart luge run, your kid will love it.
... and it is nice to be able to use your own hotel bathroom race day morning.

Anyone interested in RELAY? I'll do bike portion.

The fact that it sold out instantly (again) suggests their pricing is still too low. Speaking purely from an economics point of view, of course.
It's a great course but that's a stupid amount of money.
