Massage Recommendations

So I've been getting massages and chiropractic adjustments for 4-6 weeks once a week now and I'm able to tell that it sure is helping me out with recovery. Training 20+ hours a week doesn't come easily on the body, so are there any recommendations on essential areas of focus for a ~50min massage?

I normally have the masseuse focus on my IT bands, hamstrings, quads, calves and low back. They've done some gluteus & piriformis work, but not as regularly. I want to make sure I'm doing the most I can to flush out all the lactic acid/gunk as possible.

Any suggestions?
