girlfriend loves them, nice and light, not stiff like carbon soled but decent, the strap can pop out of the buckle when you are getting in so definetely safety pin for safety. Two insoles included, one super vented, one not, probably fits narrow as she has a very narrow foot and the shoe fits great.

Great tri shoe. I'm on my second pair. No probems. I like them better then the Sidi T1's and Shimano's new tri shoe (it sucked).
