Go to the classified section. There's a primer on how to post pics there. Worked like a charm once I remembered my Photobucket PW.

I sold my house this past spring. Here's my old set up. I miss it. The elliptical stayed with the house and the treadmill went to a neighbor.

We just moved into our new, and much smaller, place this month. The development has a nice gym with a bunch of treadmills, weight machines and other cardio stuff.

I'll need to do my indoor bike training (trainer road) in the garage. It's not all set up yet, but, as the picture shows, at least I've got the bikes put away. The cyclops trainer is in the bottom left corner of the picture waiting for me to finish this project. The TV is also waiting for me on the dining room floor.

The bike on the bottom left is my wife's 1987 beach cruiser. I think it weighs 50 pounds.

My garage.Its organized chaos.
Wouldn't call it "pain" since I am happiest starting my day here each morning.

Everything is kept in a small cabinet that has my multimedia player.

No natural light here in my basement between the water heater in stank-ass hockey gear. TV is in front on a home made table with the VCR since the TV was prior to HDMI. Bike is 25+ year old Bianchi limited on a crappy old Nashbar mag trainer. That's my eldest's MTB hanging. My other rides are off to the right of the pic. Enjoy and criticize at will.

I think you have me beat! That looks like a dungeon!

I see you spent your money on the bikes... not the set up :)

He may just have beat you there.

How could we possibly criticise this? Looks perfect to to me. I would actually describe this as a "Kona acclimatisation chamber" with the lack of a fan and being wedge up next to that boiler unit. I shudder to think what kind of temperature it could get up to down there. In fact I wouldn't be surprised if Rappstar himself called you up to train in there in preparation for Kona. :0)

One more question... Where do you keep the gimp ;0) LOL!

I appreciate the abundance of natural light, but we had to sell the dinner table to make this happen... The setup was pretty visible from the street so we built up a bit of a following from the local community - I think us sweating it out looked pretty odd in the middle of summer (Australia get pretty warm).

Moved back to UK this summer and lost 1/3 of my single garage to a laundry room. This is what's left.

You shouldn't let a girlfriend have any say on a bike build for her. If she loves you she'll love the bike. If it's all about the bike, then you're just a supplier. The same is true of engagement rings.

LOL. I love that you spend thousands of $$$ on MadFiber, Zipp, Shiv, Cervelos, Parlee (and DI2?) etc, yet the trainer setup cost a trip to the lost and found + $50 dvd player :)

I see nothing to criticize here.
Dark? check.
Dank? check (enhanced by fumes from the boiler and stank from the hockey stuff.
Low end equipment simply for adding to resistance and suffering? check.
Well executed!

It's the cheapo Performance house brand rack. Does the trick though.
