Nice Progress from earlier picture. My pain cave is a work in progress too, another 5 months or so. Front wall dividing the rooms will be reworked to have two double doors centered.

I have the cover to the book "kisses for daddy" right in front of the bike. Best motivation ever.

Pretty awesome. We added another computrainer into the mix and have 2 shifts of riders a day, about 6 days a week, and every rider gets to ride it at least twice a week.... the whole team gets great group workouts all winter!

Mine's apparently the only 'cave' around here

I live in a pre WWI building in central Europe, equipped with its own bomb shelter! As it's been sitting empty since the Russians last bombed the place, it took some time to clear.

Solid steel doors and heavy beams keep the noise in and the cold out.

Alas, being a common area means i can't have stuff permanently there

And the pics

I'm gonna one up that one - I've got a Vasa in my garage so I can do all 3! (JK - that's a seriously sweet garage setup. I drool in envy and dream of doing that to my garage. I actually have the money - it's the time that's lacking! Toddlers...)

It may only be 250 sq. ft. but it's home to a TM01 (my dream bike!).

Well most of the pain caves I've seen are bigger than my whole apartment....no really its only 250 sq. ft. (that's being generous; student loan debt, living in the city blah blah blah) Anyway with all that said here's the pain cave. Really no room for a fan and I watch the tv in my living room which is a reach away from the bike or listen to music. Sorry about the pics it was pretty hard to get far enough away from the bike to get it all in (yes, I had the zoom all the way out).

Comments? Questions? I'm jealous of all the sweet setups.

My pain cave is mostly done. Needs a bit of cleaning up... but pretty happy with the results thus far.

132" Screen, 9.1 Surround Sound. All wired for headphones too (so the neighbors are happy)

Lots of people with pussy little fans or no fan at all, no wonder people hate their trainers :P

I have my trainer on Ergo mode, so i don't really need to look at the lap top, just stare at the fan and feel its wonderful wind.

I picked up an endless but wife made me sell it because it was going to cut into her "half" of the fitness room and I didn't need it. But less matenance for me and I work next to a pool, have a pool and a swim fit at end of the street. Oh yea I drive by walden pond on the way to work (late to work 3 days a week in the summer) So maybe the wife was right "this" time

Sweet setup. Is that front wheel resting on the microwave? I'd be worried about the heat.

Guessing you are either Mackenzie or live with her.

But its a great setup.

I love the little touches like the swimmer hangers. Oh the small things. The projector is good too.

No, Im Ben.
But yes, we share the garage (among other things)

The "hangars" are actually bike racks Mackenzie decided to take over... Which I guess is fine except it leaves little puddles on the ground!

Nothing fancy... usually has a few more fans (Specifically ... 2 in the front 1 in the back, do with that info what you may)

The video was a good idea. Good social media exposure for a Pro Triathlete.

Good work.

Sort of... Its normally not there though. Its usually on the other wall and a commuter is there (which doesnt touch the microwave). But that bike is a bit nicer looking for pictures.

With a screen and setup like that she could do a similar thing like spinervals and post them.

Once again exposure and have he sponsors all over it and in the background.

Would show her sponsors some value. Especially when you get 3 hot fit gals doing turbo sessions and 4000 views of the video.
