No more pain cave so to speak. The sign is in from the sign shop . He took some liberties with the lettering. Think I like it a lot :0)

OK, this thread needs a Wahoo Kickr.
My pain cave is coming together nicely.
Ray Maker already wrote the ultimate review. However at this link I've shared a few thoughts and ideas about my Kickr setup.

I was just thinking of all the problems that could solve!

now you just need one of these to guard your little one from the trainer. Crude, but works like a charm. Not fun to hear a scream and realize your child has their finger stuck between the chainring and the chain.

one of these days it will stop raining and snowing here and I can get outside and leave the bike hanging in the garage... hopefully... but until then, the trainer is set up.

How often do you use your rower? How do you view that as a training tool?

My cave for the bikes at least, the treadmill is in the living room because of ceiling height issues

Close up of the old Softride Dealers sign and spare beams

Proflex banner, never enough bike stuff on the walls

Just put the new foam tiles down. Summer project will be to paint the walls white and brighten it up a little...
