While you lot are doing an Ivan Drago, I'm here doing a Rocky Balboa throwing logs around and punching meat in the face. Too much luxury on here, try this for a cave of pain. Barely enough room for air. ;-)

That's the real deal right there. :-)

Just swapped out the laptop for an old desktop. Re-added a floor monitor for hitting those really difficult intervals. I plan on replacing one of the small fans with a larger one, but this is pretty much a complete setup.

Thanks. Growing up, my neighbors for a time were from Iowa, and they had these out in the trash one day (not sure how they came to possess them). My dad, being a runner, scooped them up. I think there were a few more at one point, but I'm glad I could get a little piece of a historical race.

HAHAHAAA! Love this one. For the laptop you've got two chairs bounded by garbage bag and a storage tub. HAHAHAA!

It's in the spare room of my apartment in Songdo (in Incheon, South Korea), about 20 minutes from the main airport and 40 minutes from Seoul. The whole area- which basically is like a little city- was built on reclaimed land from the Yellow Sea over just the last 8 years or so. I've got a pretty cool view of the Yellow Sea, a few islands, and some brand new buildings from my pain "cave" window.

What's that great little stand with the box that's got the water bottle? Very nice...

Finally got the pain cave in decent condition in the new house. It's not much to speak of but I can either watch TrainerRoad on the TV or the desk with monitor is right there if I am watching DirecTV. Still have to get things up on the walls...

Well finally got some motivation up on the wall. It is not visible from the outside as it is on a soffit. It is slowly getting there. TV and cabinet doors within the next few weeks.

Bmanners: It will only be 2 feet in the ground so I will have a sitting area around the pool on the edge.
