The Money family setup. Currently in medical school so my computer sits on the workbench, playing board review videos or lectures as I grind out the miles. Was a bit more cave-like before the Mrs. "requested" the padded flooring for her core workouts. Hopefully our next residence (Summer) will have a more dedicated workspace.
When is was in med school... I had a friend named Rob Pepper... people gave him a ton of shit for being Dr. Pepper. You, my friend are in worse trouble... DR. MONEY... :)

Back bay of the garage. No insulation or heat. Lit by a single bulb.
Nothing but the best bike protection for me.

This was my pain cave/bedroom/apartment when I started triathlon a few years ago right out of college when I lived in Santa Barbara. I pretty much lived in the cubicle at work & this room. Yes, I rode inside while living in one of the best cycling cities in the US...it was more efficient due to my job/time schedule ;)

Oops, wrong one... No pain cave in my house... My trainer is set up in my living room and the rest of my training is done outside or at the gym in my condo...

Yea just a smiggen when I settle into a really good low position. I may move it down a bit, but the laptop will be below the TV with trainer road.

I hung them the first time and had to move them lower twice :)

Saw a bike rack on the Internet and I had a piece of plywood laying around and some time today. So.... I cut , glued ,screwed and painted and this is what I came out with. Think it needs another coat of paint and some felt glued on the inside. Will make a few more but with 1/2 " stainable oak plywood.
