Lance Armstrong Laptop- would you purchase?

quick poll....trying to settle a bet at work here....

Apparently HP is partnering with LAF to produce a Livestrong laptop. A portion of the proceeds will go to help LAF do their thing, etc. My question- IF you were already in the market for a laptop and saw this on the shelf vs. comparable systems would it help steer your decision as to which to purchase?

tks!

Nope. I don't even wear one, but the bracelet would be as far as I could go. I'd rather buy a computer, then donate to charity.

I second the Apple PowerBook , I have my 12" laptop wireless and love ordering music / from the patio or bathroom . More money / super quaiity. Much better for photos , Music , video , than my PC XP windows laptop.

I bought a Sager 3790 for law school and it's the envy of all my classmates, most of whom have Dells or HPs.

I upgraded it to a 7200 rpm drive and a 1920x1200 display, which is great for Cyclingpeaks and watching bike racing.

It also has a serial port so I don't need a serial-USB converter to download from my SRM.

HP makes some of the worst PCs out there.

I wouldn't take it if given to me.

A Livestrong notebook...what a crock. No wonder HP is going to the toliet.
