I was watching the famous Lance Chronicles last night and noticed that he was using a Lactate Pro to field test his Lactate levels. Beside wondering how much it cost Lactate Pro to have that commercial, I was wondering how the average athlete would benefit from that information. Is it a device worth having to measure training progress and etc... Just wondering if everyone had any other knowledge around this topic.
