I want this to be a collaborative thread on the combination of Triathlon Bikes and Trainer Compatibility.

I have a 2017 - Kickr/Gen 3 I've been using successfully with my 2018 Trek Emonda for years.

This winter however, I want to train differently and put my Tri bike on my Kickr trainer.

Online gen 1 and 2 kickrs definitely NOT compatible with through-axle but there's a grey area with the Gen 3's (dcrainmaker even said should work).

I purchased the Wahoo through axle kit and just tried to install my 2022 Trek Speed Concept SLR7.

I tried every combination of spacers and no matter what the cassette ring rubs against the derailleur hanger.

The drive side spindle cap measures the SAME distance as my SC wheels but despite the spindle cap being the same I still get the rub??

Before I give up on this combo:

1. I was wondering if anyone has a Gen 3 SC on a Gen 3 Kickr?

2. Do the Gen 3 Speed Concepts fit on any of the Kickrs?
