Great job to Ken, he finished first in his AG yesterday, in a pretty good time. I did not. But then, Ken's hair is more aero than mine!

I take consolation in the fact (making excuses) that I woke up feeling lousy, almost tossed on the bike and the run, stopped in the beginning of the run to encourage someone to stop walking and start jogging, stayed with her until she did, and still beat my time from the previous year. and it didn't rain!!

Ken, you convinced me, I'll vote for JK.
