I’ve been racing in an Aerohead for the past few seasons...it’s been fine (never tested it), but starting last season the visor was getting really fogged up - i typically race in very humid conditions (not sure if that’s why) but it’s super annoying when you’re trying to hammer and also be conscious about potholes.
Anyhow - I just picked up a Kask Utopia, not with the intent to race in it, but for training in around town (my old road helmet was probably 15 years old). Anyhow, it seems to be marketed as an aero road helmet my question is - does anyone have any thoughts on how aero it is compared to the aerohead for TTs and Tris (in general w/o testing)? I’m thinking about possibly racing in it if the visor in the aerohead remains a drawback. Was looking at the bambino as well but couldn’t justify having two TT helmets when I also needed a road helmet (don’t want to be that guy wearing a TT helmet on a training ride).
