Ironman kona 2016 for full distance .
Jan won , Sebi 2, Lange 3 rd after a penalty. Shorter races Collins cup??? And a half Jan won I think that was a challenge race.
Technique will always last longer then energy production. Improve biomechanics, improve performance.

Gran Canaria 2021 (they were not in the same 'race'(heat) at the LAST Collins Cup).
