Is it possible to fit a Quarq BB30 onto a Cervelo S2? if yes, would it negatively impact performance in any way? Thanks.

I just used one of those to mount a BB30 Quarq on an old aluminum P3 frame. Works well. I don't have enough time on it yet to judge the durability (about all I would worry about due to the slightly smaller balls used in the bearings) but so far, so good.

...besides the Rotor BSA30 BB, another option is to find a GXP S900 crankset and swap the Quarq BB30 spider onto it (the spider interfaces are the same).
Then, put the first spider onto the BB30 crankset and sell it ;-)

Just to clarify that this conversion only works with SRAM S950 or S975 or Rotor 3D+ cranks with 30mm spindles that are longer than most BB30 cranks. You can't use a standard width bb30 crank with a BSA bb.
I've got a BB30 Quarq on my P3 using Rotor's BSA30 bb. No issues in the last 6 months.
Suffer Well.
