I just bought a new Cervelo Soloist about a month ago and it came with an integrated bike computer mount. When they put the bike together they did not install the computer mount on which I thought I could do on my own later. Anyways I could not find any videos on how to install so I took it back by the LBS over the weekend and they told me Cervelo recalled the original stem that the integrated computer mount was made to work with and now could not use the integrated mount. Anyone know if you can still use the integrated mount?

Hmm. I'm looking at my 2 month old soloist with the factory stem/computer mount right beside me.
The cervelo website makes reference to a stem recall, but it's on a range of bikes that doesn't include the soloist, nor the standalone stem. The stem affected is the ST31, not the ST36 alloy that the soloist ships with.
Maybe email cervelo for clarification? They're pretty good on getting back quickly with questions.
