IronWishes and the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Southern Florida announced that the first Wishes to be funded through the IronWishes program have been identified.

· Raymond is a 16-year-old boy from Miami who has Hodgkin's Disease. His one wish is to meet his favorite athlete and celebrity - Michael Jordan. He and his family will travel to Washington, D.C. they will go to a Wizard's game and have a "meet & greet" with Michael. He will answer questions, talk with him, autograph items and pose for pictures. While they are in Washington D.C, they will take advantage of all the site-seeing there is by visiting the US Capitol, The White House, the Zoo, Lincoln Memorial, National Museum of American History and Museum of Natural History at the Smithsonian. Their wish is scheduled for mid-March.

· Ryan is a 4-year-old boy from Fort Myers who has Leukemia. His wish is very appropriate and creative for his age - he wants a Blues Clues Party!!! He will invite his friends, family, doctors, nurses and social workers over for a party filled with everything Blues Clues - the cake, the plates, the balloons. To top it all off, there will be a surprise guest on the list - Joe from Blues Clues!!! He will give each child who attends an autographed picture of Joe and Blue! His party is scheduled for mid-March.

Both of these Wishes will be funded exclusively by donations make to Make-A-Wish through the IronWishes program. Photos will be posted to the Ironwishes website (www.ironwishes.org) shortly after the Wishes take place.
