Sanders might want to pick it up a bit more. He is riding solo at 23 mph and the guys in the front are riding 23 mph in the group. His day is DONE! Maybe top 10 if he runs sub 2:40

Daniella Ryf is sitting at the front of the womens race. It'll be tough for the runners, I.E. Rinny, to make up time on Ryf
