I love endurance sport.

That's telling when the bigger guy breaks the smaller guy on that gradual incline. Next up is the Palani climb. will be interesting to see the delta at the top

Good chance for Heather Jackson to make the podium. Anyone know the 2d place woman's normal marathon time?

she'll get third-definitely, but the question is can she close to second?

She runs very well. I think she can get 2nd. Go Heather!

Lionel Sanders averaged 299 watts for the 4th fastest bike split. Now if he could be just a bit more aero.

Don't think so. Frodeno may have made the move just now

Resting would be drafting on his hip or right behind. Not with a gap that is growing.

Train to race. Race to win.

I wouldn't say he broke him but the elastic is getting really thin in spots. Imagine he will get back on after recovering from the hill a bit.

How can you ride 299 W at his size (not that big) and only ride 4:26. His aero does not seem that bad. Do you guys think his powertap pedals read high?

Kienle is going to blow trying to keep up with Frodo and he is going to take himself off the podium at that rate.

That is what I was thinking. One of them takes the win, the other guy slides back to 5th place. But even Frodo could take himself off the podium running 6 min miles. He's human too and he's generating a ton of heat.

Remember when Rinny was only 6 minutes down?

Neither does she. Now at 22+ back. She'll be hard pressed for a podium spot. I wonder if her record will drop today. Is 8:52 in Daniela's cards?

8:52? Isnt the course record Wellingtons 8:45 in 2009?

Potts just passed Sanders. Potts, Lange, Aernouts all running 5-10"/mile off German Ironwar pace.

God damn you can tell long course Triathlon is a third string sport with the piss poor coverage, more adds than racing.
