I am looking for information on the Ironman Germany bike course. I know that there are several long climbs and a lot of flat. How long are the climbs and what is the grade? Anything else one should know about this event? Any information would be useful.

Regarding the hills... that depends on where you are from... :-)

I live in the mountains. I had no hills in Frankfurt. Some road-bumps, but no hills. These bumps are short (maybe 300-400m) and not steep at all.
