Ooof, looks like AB has blown already. Only a couple of miles in and Frodo back in the lead!

Yeh he was definitely aiming for this race. That being said he has been in heavy training in the past and not looked that bad. Looks a bit better today though.

It was pretty weak for an ITU race. The timing in the calendar didn't help.

Frodeno looks great here. I think Gomez is slowly clawing it back but is having to work very very hard.

It didn't look intentional to me. Lack of paying attention and not slowing down fast enough to keep his distance on the turn.

He was getting close all of the bike ride. He def didn't want to get closer to the front, he stayed in 5th most of the race.
