I am with the others - 35mpw tops. However, I am good AG runner so I tend underemphasize the run volume when training for an IM. The longest run is usually at about 18 miles, but I follow it up with a 6 miler the next day.

You have a coach. So talk to her not a load of random people that have never met you, seen you, reviewed your aspirations, lifestyle or constraints.
(FWIW then I was at 50km/week for my training for my last IM with a long run of 30km - and this was for training with a c10:30 finish time).
Two heads are better than one. People may pay CEO's to make decisions, but they always consult outside sources before making a final decision.
