Since most of the folks who are doing the IronSoul are also loyal ST readers, I thought I'd update things here, as well as troll for a few more participants. Right now we are at nine.
If you are suffering from an Ironman hangover from Whistler, or are just looking to do something as grass roots as it gets just write me a note below and I'll be in touch. Oh yeah, and if you want more information on the event itself you can go here http://www.fitspeek.com/ironsoul/

- First the bad news: the 1st person to sign up for our race, Brian Harapnuk suffered a bike crash while competing in Whistler on Sunday. He broke his collarbone and his pelvis. Needless to say he won't be participating with us this time. We wish "Soul Brother Number One" a speedy recovery.
- Now some good news. After some careful consideration, we are gong ahead with t-shirts for the event. Our graphic designer has come up with a logo that incorporates the flavour of the Okanagan along with the spirit of the event.
- Finally, we have started an athlete and volunteer biography page. A short story on each of the folks who are associated with the IronSoul is posted here http://www.fitspeek.com/...soul-biography-page/
