Indoor Rocker Plates? SBR Rockr Pro
Someone who I ride with every so often is selling his SBR Rockr Pro that he's had for 2 years. He's selling it for $300. He used it with a full Wahoo Kickr Bike, so it's the full length version not the shorter version that only fits under the trainer.

1) Are rocker plates worth getting? I ride a lot indoors so any comfort improvement would help. I'm not uncomfortable now, but I'd like to do longer rides and get uncomfortable indoors on longer rides.

2) Is the SBR Rockr Pro worth getting?

3) If I get the Rockr Pro will I need any adapters for my Kickr Snap (soon to be Kickr Core probably) working on it?

I had one of those and did not like it, don’t feel like it did anything to improve the indoor riding experience. YMMV.

I've never tried the SBR Rockr so can't comment on that specifically but I do a lot of my riding indoors and have a Wahoo Kickr bike on a Saris MP1 and do feel that it adds some comfort to the overall experience.
