Awesome! IMUSA was mine, too. I remember many of those same things. That last hill on the run....

You made me realize one thing I've never put into words before though, how totally alone you are out there on the run. Man is that ever true, you are one with your demons, embraced in battle.

And I love the description of the swim as horizontal slam dancing!

Great job. Did you sign up for number two?
