From what I remember the special needs bags were located on Beeline Hwy, somewhere after the tunaround at Shea Blvd. They became available on the second loop, which would put it about halfway into the bike course. I don't think you could grab it on the third pass though.

ironfish is correct for last year. I can't remember the mile marker but it was after the turn around on the 2nd lap and only available on lap 2

That's about where I figured it would be.

Depending on when you go by, you could (last year anyway) pick up the bag on the 3rd loop as well.
