Ironman CDA this year handed out the backpacks at the finish along with the hat and mini towel. No dri-fit shirt, just cotton. I also got a free full size blanket complimentary of the medical tent :)

You can usually score some free stufff at the Expo. Timex was giving away a t-shirt and Gatorade gave bottles at the swim practices.

What about the Degree deoderant? Aren't they handing them out this year? I had so many and I don't think I ever opened one up and rubbed it in my arm pit. I wonder if it smelled pretty?
