Condor cycles. Expensive as hell but the best place in London to drool over beautiful Colnagos and their own creations too. They do a coffee and cream road bike (forgotten the name) which is just the sweetest bike I've ever seen and they always have something good in the window - last time I was there it was the Look Olympic track bike with the integrated frame/steerer like on the BMC time machine. The staff really know their stuff and I can't recommend the experience highly enough
